Have you ever thought about a Spirit Guide? A spirit from the other side that is helping guide you.
Do you think you have a Spirit Guide?
Assuming you have a guide, what is your Spirit Guide’s name?

Picture yourself on a sidewalk in New York City or any city/town big or small. The people are walking by you in a hurry to get somewhere very important. Their eyes are lost to “someplace else”. You have this overwhelming feeling that something very important is happening in many places. Not here though, it is not happening here. Not on this street that you stand. Something very important is happening in the many directions that these people are being pulled to.
What is it that they are all working so hard to get to? What is it that they are all working so hard to achieve? Will they every reach their destination? When they reach their destination, will they be satisfied? Will they stand on the very spot they had dreamed so hard to get to and say, “Wow, this is what I have wanted my whole life and it feels me up so full that I can breath a sigh of perfect contentment.” or do they say, “Where was I going, I can’t remember anymore?” or do they say, “I am here but where am I really, who am I really? This is not the place I originally thought I was going. The sign reads my destination but when I look around, it is not anything like the brochures said it would be like.”
What’s with the lamb doing Sivasana? I will tell you at the end of this post.
I listened to a video by Abraham Hicks. Once again, if you ask for help it is given. I was feeling fearful for my children. I wont tell the story because I don’t want to give energy to it. But things lined up in such a way, giving me an opportunity to respond one way or another. I responded in the fear way.
Not sure why I need to keep going over this lesson but once again it was presented to me. Once again I responded fearfully. The difference, I would have to say, is that I am aware of what choice I am making and I reach out to correct it a lot quicker than I use to. I use the lesson to move myself out of fear and into love.

Poi spinning came from New Zealand. The Poi was first used by the Maori women.
The following two quotes are from Home of Poi-a company based in New Zealand that started back in 1998. They have dedicated themselves to teaching and spreading the word of Poi along with making a successful business. Their site is a nice place to visit over and over.
The Poi chant was a graceful, fluid dance involving the rhythmic manipulation and gentle tapping of the poi, a fibre ball attached to a plaited cord.
I was hanging out with a friend today. She is getting ready to take a teacher training course and is a bit nervous about if she is strong enough. I pointed out to her how yoga teacher trainings are just like yoga classes, everyone is at a different level on each asana (posture). Read more
